When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. We do not store your password — Clerk manages authentication securely on our behalf.

We and our service providers may collect standard log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance monitoring.

Anthropic — AI model provider used to generate game content. Prompts may include your learning objectives and profile information. Anthropic's data usage policies apply.
Voyage AI — generates embeddings for semantic game search. No personally identifiable information is sent.
Vercel — hosts the frontend application and collects anonymised performance metrics.
Railway — hosts our backend API and database.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and associated content (games, sessions, reflections) for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure credential management. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
